主要从事感染、免疫和肿瘤发生研究,揭示了机体抗病毒感染以及炎症诱发肿瘤相关的重要分子事件,为自身免疫性疾病治疗和干预炎症促发肿瘤的进程提供了基础。近年来主要科研成果发表在Cell、Nature Immunology、Nature Cell Biology等著名学术杂志,其中“基于DNA感受器调控的自身免疫性疾病治疗方案”入选2019年度中国科学十大进展。

  • 荣获谈家桢生命科学成就奖、何梁何利基金奖、国家自然科学奖、国家科技进步创新团队奖等。
