张文(1971~),副研究员,研究生导师


个人简介:

       华中科技大学研究生,中科院生化所和伯克利大学学习工作。主要研究领域:通过结构生物学和生物信息学,研究核糖体的结构功能和抗生素作用机制。代表性成果:参与第一个核糖体70S的高精度结构模建与解析;解析第一个高精度的翻译延长中的重要动态中间态结构,解释了翻译延长过程;研究了十多个抗生素复合物结构,参与几个新型抗生素研发;运用计算进行结构模型构建、生物信息研究,并开发一个晶体数据辅助处理的程序包。近年发表研究论文近十篇,其中第一作者在《Science》、《Nature Struct Mol Biol》等发表;另参与《Science》、《PNAS》、《J Clin Invest》等论文,总索引数超过1200。目前有2个重要的研究成果正在整理最后数据,有待近期送审。获973、国家自然科学基金项目2项,经费100余万元,参与申请并获得国际专利一项。
