钱茂祥(1981~),青年研究员,硕导

个人简介:

       中国科学院大学遗传学博士,美国圣述德儿童研究医院(St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital)博士后。现为复旦大学生物医学研究院课题组组长,复旦大学附属儿科医院兼聘教授,美国血液学会会员、美国癌症研究会会员,中华医学会儿科学分会血液青年学组委员。主要专注于儿童肿瘤及其他儿科疾病的遗传学、表观遗传学和功能基因组学研究,通过灵活地运用各种组学手段,深入的生物信息分析和数据挖掘,并有机结合下游基因功能研究,探索儿童肿瘤及其他儿科疾病的发病机制和预后风险因素。代表性成果:儿童白血病亚型的界定(Genome Res, 2017),儿童白血病遗传易感及致病基因的鉴定(Cancer Cell, 2018; JCO, 2018; Blood, 2019; Nat Commun., 2019; JNCI, 2019/2020),儿童肿瘤基因多种调控模式的研究(Blood, 2017)等。迄今已在Cancer Cell, Lancet Oncology, JCO, Genome Res., PNAS, Blood,Nature Commun.等国际高水平学术期刊发表SCI论文20余篇,曾获美国癌症研究会年度青年学者奖和美国血液学学会年度突出摘要奖等荣誉,入选上海高校特聘教授(东方学者)岗位计划(2019),上海海外高层次人才引进计划(2020),获得国家自然科学基金等多个项目支持。
