科学研究和论文成果:

       申请人近年来研究了与肿瘤相关的mTOR信号通路的重要蛋白质复合体mTORC1和mTORC2复合体的结构和功能;研究了表观遗传领域多个重要修饰酶的结构和功能,在结构生物学领域做出了不错的成果。总共发表论文20篇,包括Nature Communications(2篇),Cell Res (3篇),Protein & cell (2篇), Mol Cell (2篇), Gene & Dev(2篇)等。获国家自然基金面上项目以及青年项目各一项,上海市自然基金项目一项以及获得了“上海市浦江人才计划”以及“复旦大学卓学计划”等。发表第一作者以及共同第一作者9篇,通讯以及共同通讯作者4篇,总共影响因子100分,发表论文详细如下:
