研究简介

       主要从事表观遗传学和生物信息学前沿基础科学研究,并取得了一系列重要研究成果。2011年率先报道了小鼠胚胎干细胞中TET1蛋白调控DNA羟甲基化的分子机制;2012年明确了黑色素瘤中DNA甲基化和羟甲基化的变化特征,明确了DNA羟甲基化信号变化与黑色素瘤的关系;最近,报道NONO蛋白与TET1相互作用,影响小鼠胚胎干细胞向神经细胞分化;揭示了阿尔茨海默病神经细胞模型和脑组织的DNA甲基化和羟甲基化的基因组分布特征,及评估其在判断阿尔茨海默病发生中的作用;发明了一种全新DNA甲基化检测方法,该方法在一次实验中可以同时检测DNA突变和DNA甲基化,可用于精准检测遗传改变和表观遗传改变,该方法已获得了中国和美国专利授权;参与开发了CRISPR药物筛选数据分析的新方法。此外,还研究了CD151及其复合体信号网络在肝癌发生发展中的作用机制。研究项目获得国家“863”、重大研究计划、国家自然科学基金面上项目,以及上海市自然科学基金面上项目等资助。

       在Cell、Nature、Science Advances、Nucleic Acids Research、Molecular Cell、Hepatology等高水平杂志发表SCI论文25篇。以共同第一作者或者共同通讯作者署名论文9篇,其中6篇SCI影响因子(IF)>10, 其它署名文章15篇。目前谷歌学术指数(H-index)为20,文章累计引用次数达3460次,其中引用超过500次的论文2篇,超过100次的论文12篇。
