刘锋(1972~),研究员,博导


个人简历:

       复旦大学博士。曾于国家人类基因组南方研究中心担任助理研究员、副研究员、研究员,现任复旦大学生物医学研究院研究员PI。主要研究领域:前期为功能基因组、寄生虫基因组、蛋白质组学研究,目前为肿瘤相关基因的分子机制、肿瘤标志物研究。代表性成果:发现和验证了8个新的人类分泌蛋白基因;通过日本血吸虫转录组研究及日本血吸虫的大规模蛋白质组学研究,全面系统地绘制了血吸虫不同性别和生活周期基因表达谱,为研究血吸虫生物学行为、致病机制、基因组结构和应用研究奠定基础;参与日本血吸虫基因组研究,揭示血吸虫的感受器、神经递质受体系统、内分泌系统受体及蛋白酶等方面的特征;主持建立日本血吸虫转录组和蛋白质整合数据库SjTPdb;发现参与血吸虫与宿主相互作用的关键分子;揭示重要抑癌基因ARID1A抑制胃癌细胞转移的分子机制。共发表SCI论文20篇,总引用>1100次;其中第一作者(含并列)、通讯作者论文共11篇(包括Nature、Nature genetics、PLoS Pathogens、Molecular and Cellular Proteomics等杂志)。获973、863、重大疾病专项、上海市项目共9项,共计科研经费783万元。获得上海市自然科学奖一等奖、第11届中国青年科技奖、上海市青年科技启明星、启明星跟踪计划、明治乳业生命科学奖最高奖—杰出奖等。
