王作云,复旦大学基础医学院青年研究员;2013年中科院上海生化与细胞所获得博士学位;2021年3月加入复旦大学基础医学院;主要从事细胞内外信号异常与疾病发生之间机制研究。迄今已在 STTT、Science Advances、EMBO Journal、Cancer Letters、Cell Proliferation等杂志发表研究论文30余篇,目前论文被引用800余次。先后获得中国博士后、上海市博士后、上海市面上、国家自然科学基金青年项目、面上项目(2项在研)以及科技部重大研发等项目资助。
研究方向:
实验室主要围绕细胞内外信号转导异常与疾病发生之间的关系展开,通过揭示器官发育、组织损伤修复再生、肿瘤发生的细胞基础和分子机制为相关疾病及肿瘤诊疗提供新思路。
1. 利用生化、分子与细胞生物学等研究手段,解析重要信号通路在细胞增殖、细胞分化、细胞凋亡过程中的功能及分子机制。
2. 利用小鼠的组织损伤修复以及肿瘤模型,结合人体临床样本分析,揭示Hippo等信号网络在疾病以及肿瘤发生中的功能及作用机理。
3. 利用细胞和小鼠肿瘤模型筛选抗肿瘤及免疫相关的小分子化合物。
