研究方向:
1.神经退行性疾病的发病机制和诊治方法
2.全自动高通量筛选在疾病研究和药物开发中的应用
长期从事Prion病及其相关的神经退行性疾病的发病机制和诊治研究。博士毕业于瑞士苏黎世大学分子生物学系神经病理学研究所,参与瑞士国家科学基金和欧洲研究委员会高级研究基金等项目。在复旦大学基础医学院完成博士后工作,获中国博士后科学基金面上资助一等。研究了小胶质细胞在Prion病中的作用和分子机制,研究发现:免疫应答调节分子SARM1在Prion病的发病过程中通过抑制促凋亡因子XAF1的表达起神经保护作用的分子机制;巨噬细胞清道夫受体分子Msr1对脑内Prion的清除机制有别于Aβ。研究结果发表于J Exp Med,J Mol Med,Int J Mol Sci 等期刊。现主持国家自然科学基金青年基金项目1项,复旦大学引进人才资助1项,参与国家自然科学基金和上海市人才项目等。
