Ph.D., Associate Professor
1.Neurobiological mechanisms underlie electro-acupuncture (EA) analgesia on chronic pain
The aim is to investigate the role of neuroinflammation in chronic pain, and the analgesic effects of EA on chronic pain. The work focuses on the unique spinal inflammatory state induced by complex factors rather than inflammatory and neuropathic pain contributes to cancer pain and EA analgesia.
2.The role of EA on chemotherapy induced peripheral neuropathy and its mechanisms
The aim is to investigate the mechanisms underlie chemotherapy induced peripheral neuropathy, especially chemotherapy induced numbness, and to observe the neuroprotective effects of EA on chemotherapy induced peripheral neuropathy.
