研究方向:
1、肿瘤发病机制研究:采用分子遗传学、全基因组关联研究、高通量测序等方法,研究前列腺癌和食管癌等的易感及发生发展机制。
2、肿瘤转化医学研究:采用生物化学与分子生物学、功能基因组学、生物信息学等方法,研究前列腺癌和食管癌等的遗传风险位点与驱动基因的生物学机制及临床意义,寻找潜在的分子标志物和临床精准治疗靶点。
