阮元元
阮元元,博士,教授、博士生导师。2005年本科毕业于复旦大学上海医学院法医学系,2010年博士毕业于复旦大学上海医学院生物化学与分子生物学专业。之后在复旦大学基础医学流动站进行博士后研究,2012年出站后留校任教。曾获得复旦大学优秀博士后等荣誉称号,先后入选上海市青年科技启明星、复旦大学“卓越2025”等人才计划。
主要研究方向为肿瘤糖生物学,重点围绕着O-GlcNAc糖基化修饰和糖链受体蛋白(凝集素)在肿瘤细胞信号传导、代谢调控和免疫逃逸等过程中的作用和分子机制开展研究。作为课题负责人先后承担国家自然科学基金面上项目3项。以第一作者和通讯作者发表专业学术论文20余篇,其中包括Gastroenterology、Journal of Hepatology、The Journal of Clinical Investigation、Cancer Research 和 Cancer Letters 等期刊。
