脂类代谢在细胞命运调控中的作用与机制
重要学术贡献:
(1)脂类代谢通过影响线粒体重塑调控细胞多能性;
(2)多不饱和脂肪酸DHA合成抑制神经母细胞瘤发生发展及其调控机制;
(3)GAPDHS通过调控黑色素瘤细胞中糖酵解进而影响肿瘤进展;
(4)LACTB 通过干扰PP1A和YAP的相互作用抑制黑色素瘤进展。
荣誉与获奖:
2017年获中国科学院天然免疫与慢性疾病重点实验室优秀研究论文奖;
2016年获安徽省普通高等学校品学兼优毕业生与中国科学技术大学优秀毕业生荣誉称号;
