研究领域:RNA加工调控与肿瘤生物学

  RNA剪接调控具有十分重要的生物学功能,剪接异常是导致人类疾病的主要原因之一,在肿瘤发生、发展及治疗过程中发挥着关键作用。然而,剪接异常在肿瘤中的作用未被深入认识,RNA剪接与其他重要生物学过程(如mRNA翻译、细胞代谢等)的交互作用大体上未知。实验室聚焦RNA加工调控与肿瘤生物学这一新兴热点领域的关键科学问题与挑战,运用细胞、小鼠模型及临床样本通过多组学技术与细胞、分子生物学、生物化学手段相结合,重点研究

  1RNA剪接异常在肿瘤(特别是肺癌)中的功能、机制及临床意义

  2RNA剪接与mRNA翻译、细胞代谢、免疫调节之间的交互作用

  3、基于RNA的疾病治疗新策略

  近年来,研究成果以通讯作者或第一作者发表在Nucleic Acids ResearchEbioMedicineEMBO Molecular Medicine等高水平学术期刊上,累计引用超过450次。主持在研国家自然科学基金面上项目、上海市自然科学基金项目等多项科研项目。
