RNA层面的肿瘤致病机理与治疗策略

1.        RNA剪接异常与癌症。运用细胞、小鼠模型及临床样本,通过多组学技术与分子细胞生物学、生物化学手段相结合研究:1RNA剪接异常在肿瘤(特别是肺癌)中的新功能、机制及临床意义 2RNA剪接与肿瘤免疫、代谢之间的交互作用3基于RNA剪接的疾病治疗新策略

2.        RNA可变剪接调控新机制与功能。包括:1)剪接因子的作用与表达调控机制;2RNA剪接和mRNA翻译等基因表达调控过程的交互作用;3)单细胞RNA剪接功能与调控。
