李清泉

    李清泉(1980-),教授,博导,复旦大学基础医学院博士。主要研究领域:肿瘤多药耐药与侵袭转移相关性、肿瘤干细胞分子生物学。代表性成果:首次提出并验证了“P-gp底物类化疗药物促进耐药乳腺癌侵袭转移”及 “化疗药物诱导药物敏感乳腺癌细胞上皮间质转化”等假说。在乳腺癌中,提出了间质型乳腺癌细胞通过旁分泌方式调控乳腺癌干细胞自我更新能力的模型;在大肠癌中,通过构建自发性肝转移和自发性肺转移模型,筛选出负责大肠癌不同靶器官转移的肿瘤干细胞亚群的分子标记物,并阐明了参与其中的相关分子机制。2009年至今发表SCI论文8篇,包括Cell stem cell, Gastroenterology,Oncogene,J Pathology,Cell Death&Differentiation等杂志。获国家青年科学基金,国家自然科学基金面上项目,复旦大学卓学计划,上海医学院研究学者、上医之星等各1项,共计科研经费130余万元。先后获2010年上海市优秀博士学位论文,2013年上海市自然科学三等奖。
