研究主要聚焦在早癌发生发展过程中的细胞可塑性动态,关注癌前体或者过渡态细胞的可塑性改变、肿瘤细胞的异质性对肿瘤微环境免疫表型影响。运用计算肿瘤生物学结合基因工程小鼠模型, 系统解析早癌发生发展过程中的时空组学改变,探索其与肿瘤微环境免疫表型改变的关系,并针对相关的临床问题探索潜在靶点。
