目前主要从事2方面研究工作:1.通过建立基因敲除动物模型,观察Notch3在局灶节段性肾小球硬化发生发展中对壁层上皮细胞活化及分化的作用及分子机制;初步发现足细胞中Notch3信号传导与PKA-CREB信号通路存在相互拮抗的作用;2.探讨乙酰肝素酶(HPSE)在糖尿病肾病中的作用机制,初步发现HPSE可通过影响肾小球内皮细胞表型变化而参与糖尿病肾病损伤。
