教学方面：研究生《现代组织化学》、《分子病理学》、《基础科研病理学》课程负责人，病理系及学院多项本科生课程教学；指导多名本科生科创及毕业课题；担任临床八年制，基础医学医学素养培训导师。主编本研通用教材《实用病理学技术及特殊染色方法》、《现代组织化学原理及技术》；参编系《病理学》教材。

科研方面：主持国家自然基金面上项目3项，上海市自然基金1项；参加了973重大项目，国家自然基金重点项目，上海市重点项目等。

主要研究方向为肿瘤分子病理，先后发表30余篇科研论文，以第一作者或通讯作者发表SCI论文15篇，包括 Nature communications, JCI, JNEN, Cancer Cell, Oncogene, J Neuro-oncology, Acta Neuropathologica等。
