非组蛋白甲基化紊乱的恶性肿瘤调控机理,及临床药物靶点
课题组从表观遗传修饰的角度进行科学探索。借助CRISPR文库筛选,蛋白质组学,单细胞测序,生物信息学,蛋白芯片及体外活性鉴定平台等各种手段进行全方位研究。
